Practice Philosophy
Dr. Coe believes in a personal, honest approach to quality dentistry. He and his staff are extremely attentive to the patients' concerns and do the best to provide excellent service in all aspects of the practice. Clinically, strict attention to detail ensures the outstanding dentistry provided at his office. Dr. Coe's practice can best be characterized as a family practice, with an emphasis on prevention, the cosmetic aspects of dentistry, and implants.
Continuing education is an ongoing commitment that Dr. Coe takes very seriously. Each year he exceeds the minimal hourly requirement for continuing education by two to three times. He belongs to the prestigious Seattle Dental Study Club of Atlanta which provides the opportunity to learn from world renowned speakers at the local level. Dr. Coe feels it is essential for him and his staff to keep up with the best and latest techniques, technology, materials, and procedures.
Family
Dr. Coe is married to his beautiful wife Kimberly, and has two daughters. He and his family are active members of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta where Dr. Coe is a Starting Point group leader. They enjoy snow skiing together as a family and Dr. Coe relishes any opportunity to get on the golf course, which is very infrequent.
Dr. Coe has also been associated with Heart for Africa in Swaziland, Africa for the last 8 years and chaired a committee to build a medical/dental clinic there. In July of 2014, he was in Africa for the opening and it is now a busy clinic serving the orphans of that area.
Meet the Hygienist
Sonya Prater is a licensed Dental Hygienist that joins our team bringing over 20 years of experience in Periodontal, Pediatric and Cosmetic Dentistry. Professionally, she has been an instructor for training other dental professional on Invisalign. She has published articles in a popular Dental Hygiene magazine and takes pride in developing a personalized care program for her patients. Sonya moved with her husband and 3 sons to Canton, GA from Hilton Head, SC in the summer of 2014. She enjoys cooking, staying active and spending time with her family.
